May Challenge!!
We want to help you to commit to your practice on a whole new level. This month, challenge yourself to set goals for the next 30 days, such as:
- a certain # of classes per week
- journaling once a day
- meditating once a day
- whatever YOU want to accomplish
We will discuss your goals with you and help you attain them by personally checking in with you regularly, with compassion and kindness, and by having weekly classes JUST FOR CHALLENGERS on Monday evenings at 7:15. The Challenge will kick off with a Goal-Setting Party/ yoga class this Sunday, May 6, at 6 p.m., and will conclude with a Celebration of YOU Party/ yoga class on Tuesday, June 5, at 7:45 p.m.

*This fee covers unlimited yoga, personal coaching, the weekly Challenge classes on Monday evenings, and the Kickoff/ Celebration parties.
Free Trial Class:
We want to make trying yoga a risk-free experience for everyone. If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga, or you’re not sure your child will like it, drop in for a free trial class! Free trial available for Madison-area residents only; childcare is not included. If you have questions about class levels for yourself, or which class might be most appropriate for your child, please call us at (608) 237-1777 or email amanda@blackbirdfamilyyoga.com. We can’t wait to introduce you to (or reacquaint you with) yoga!
For All Classes:
- Drop-In Rate: $15
- 5-Class Pass: $70
- 10-Class Pass: $130
- 15-Class Pass: $175
- 20-Class Pass: $199
- Annual Unlimited Membership: $79/month for an individual; $99/month for a family membership. 6 month minimum commitment. If the year is paid in full upon becoming an annual member, first month is free! Annual members receive first priority in registering for special events, and also receive a 10% member discount on all events and retail.

*Childcare is available during certain classes (denoted by an asterisk (*) on the schedule). When used with 10-class passes and annual memberships, this service is free for one child and $5 per additional child. For drop-in classes, including Free Trial classes, childcare is $5 per child. Enjoy your practice more while knowing your child is being cared for by qualified adults in the very next room.
